Your SGPT levels are high , bilirubin level are borderline
These reports can be suggestive of liver inflammation due to
Alcohol, fatty liver or any other infections like viral, etc
Need more history to confirm the diagnosis

If there is no symptoms don't worry about the results as there is not much indifference
For satisfaction you can check up hepatitis panel it will costs.
And abdomen USG scan
You have not specified the reason for test
Still alt level is not ignorable but rest ok
Hdl alone is not at all a significant factor
So cholesterol is normal
So get tested at the earliest

Hi ,liver function tests are deranged,that means your liver is hampered due to viral or any other causes.( like alcohol) .Also Hdl is low that increases likeliines of heart diseases(but not the only factor).

Hi
Liver function tests suggetive of indirect bilirubin is increased
But no need of treatment
Still ALT is increased that suggestive of liver infection - viral
Other report suggestive of HDL is reduced - that need to do exercise.
All other reports are very normal
Do you have any complaints like fever
Weakness
