Hashimotos hypothyroidism
I have hypothyroidism since 2016 after the birth of my first baby...my TSH is 5.07 ,tpo antibodies are 734.. I am planning for my second pregnancy....I am scared if this tpo antibodies will affect my baby and cause any mental retardation or autism in my baby...is it true hashimotos in mother will cause autism in baby...pls help me with this issue...

Before planning u have to make sure that ur TSH is between 1 to 2.5. also u have monitor it regularly during pregnancy and adjust doses accordingly
