Hard stool
Recently i delivered a baby and i had gone through epiostomy so m facing a problem to pass stool as it is hard and if i put more pressure then stictches might come out, please suggest me some medicine to pass motion with any problem

Take syrup duphalac 15 ml at night daily for one week,take plenty of green vegetables beans, salads,high fiber diet, fruits ie apple,drink adequate water

Hi. You can take Duphalac syp 15ml daily after dinner. Till you are passing motion freely you can take it daily .Drink lot of water and drink 3 glasses of milk daily .
