Hands and legs get numb while sleeping
Dear Sir, My hands and legs get numb while sleeping. It happens quite frequently, almost every day. It is happening from last 2-3 months. I got chikungunya few months before and I feel it may be the side effect of that. I started exercising daily but not much improvement. I am 34 years old (Male). Kindly suggest. Regards Pankaj
