Handling fast milk let-down for newborn

How can I handle fast milk let down? The spray initially is so forceful that baby (6 Weeks) ends up choking, coughing. Started expressing the initial milk before feeding, which seemed to cause constipation as the foremilk became very less.

If fast milk let down alone is the problem,then the same milk can be collected in a clean container and can be fed with spoon after the baby has finished sucking the same breast.But this is likely to be transient problem as the baby grows or gaining weight

The container should be clean, collected milk should be covered .feed with a clean spoon.expressed milk may be fed as early as possible.Don’t keep the milk more than 4hours in room temperature
