Regarding milk
Hello my baby is 7mnths old and I am giving him yellow packet verka milk. Is it ok with it I want is it safe to give or should I give him verka cow milk? I dnt want to continue with lactogen now

Hi. Its advisable to continue powder milk until 1year as cow milk or other unprocessed packet milk will have more chances of allergy and iron deficiency in children..its ways left to your option cost wise.. whatever you are using use undiluted to babies
