Accidentally fingers of left hand got burned while cooking. The oil got spill over from container and fell on fingers. Visibly the upper skin got layed off. But, do not feel any inner damage. Could be able to move freely all the fingers. But, it is giving huge burning pain. Consulted near by hospital and met general physician. They given first aid using Silverex ionic and lox 2% jelly. Hello. Burns can be of various degrees. The sequealae depends on the depth of the burns and surface area if covers. Burns over the ventral or the palmar aspect of hand usually heal very well. Superficial burns heal within  week to 10 days and do not leave a mark. Grade 2/Grade 3 burns take longer and may leave some scarring. Do send pics and consult online for a detailed discussion.
