I play tons of cricket and one day while running i experienced a sudden sharp pain in my left hamstring (behind the thigh) and i took a month rest and got back to playing cricket 2 days back and today i again got the same pain in the same area. I'm finding difficulty in keeping my leg straight. There hasn't been much swelling or anything though.
