I'm on a running program that dictates running four times a week. On Sunday (four days ago), after my run I realized my hamstring was hurting and it has hurt since then when I tried to run or walk up and down stairs. I want to keep up my cardio, so in what ways can I do that without aggravating my strained hamstring? I heard stationary bikes would be good, but I'm worried that will hurt as well.
