Hamstring and leg pain
I have faced hamstrings and leg pain when I bend, Also difficulties while standing up from ground sitting position.I lost my Qickness in physical work like running staircase climbing walking fast, i fill stiffness all day in my body .i hv sitting job. Pls suggest

Get into physical activity and do stretching exercises or yoga you will feel better . While working get 5 min activity every half hour or ten min activity every hour
