It seems like Migraine... which usually occurs one sided of head. There are various causes of this...like.. Sun heat, stress, flu etc... there are other causes too.

Tab sibelium 10 mgone at night
Both after food as required.avoid flavors in edible or spray, deo, beetle nut, PANEER CHEESE, MUKHWAS.etc.avoid SPICY FRIED GREASY JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE or food from outside.plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water butter milk etc LIGHT diet. Avoid non veg,if alcoholic not to take.ok.ok.
