Hairloss after diet
I am suffering from severe hairloss problems after i had crash diet during 3-4 months. My hair falls especially after i apply oil and massage and hair wash. Recently i changed my shampoo and oil to kesh king. Its been 10 days but no results are seen. Also during my diet i was taking B12 and iron supplements, so even now that i am not on diet i am taking multi vitamin A to Z tablets once a day (its been 10 days). I get very stressed due to Hairloss problems. Please help me find the cause and suggest the way through it.

Thanks for the query. Proper food and nutrition is the fundamental requirement for healthy hair. Crash dieting often leads to hairfall. Now that you've stopped your diet, you need to have adequate intake of micro and macronutrients. Take a high protein diet. Start iron and biotin supplements. Do not oil or massage your hair excessively. You need to be patient as it may take months for you to see initial improvement. Consult a dermatologist.
