Found a bald spot behind ear and i think it is growing horizontally. I suspect it is ophiasis alopecia.
What should I do?
Is there any self treatment I can do to slow the growth?

Hello dear. Ophiasis pattern is usually seen in children. Kindly don't google diagnose and treat yourself. It can be harmful.
Consult online for proper evaluation and treatment
Treatment of hairfall depends on the cause and severity.
Do not self diagnose and treat as it may worsen the condition.
Consult online with pictures for treatment
