Hairfall serum
Hi sir.. I have hair fall problem... My vitamin d thyroid haemoglobin are normal... I have dandruff problem for which I m taking ketoconazole shampoo once in a week... But I have hair loss.. density is decreasing day by day.. small length hair follicles are falling a lot .. what serum I can use to prevent or control hair loss... and how long hair serum can be used to scalp ?..can u plzz suggest sir.

Androgenetic alopecia is Problem. Age related thinning. Oral medicine and lotion can control same. Please consult a dermatologist in person for best treatment after trichoscopy
