Hairfall issues
Hvg hairfall issues on nd off. Rgdg health , underwent  hysterectomy  in 2011 for multiple  fibroids but ovaries  r intact. Hvg menopausal symptoms. Hvg thyronorm 50 from mon to fri. TSH IS 3. Consulted dermatologist nd used regain 2% for around 4months nd follihair tabs for a month ,but not really happy as the hairfall stops nd regain doesn't help with thickening of hair.  Also hairfall has started again. Hair is very  thin  now.So how can i control hairfall . What shampoo shld i use ?

Continue with regaine 2 percent twice and follihair tablets till you can have a follow up with your dermatologist. This takes time. Shampoos don’t improve hair thinning in any way.

You should take few sessions of PRP Therapy. It will help you in regaining your lost follicles and strength the weak hair.

I need to see the quality of hair as well as the scalp . Please send me photographs of the hair root after pulling it and the photograph of the scalp

Regain helps ONLY for Alopecia Androgenetica . Therefore diagnosis is very IMPORTANT . Also thyroid dysfuncton and anaemia also contribute for hair fall

It would be really helpful if we do consultation. I have my own protocol for this issue. Generally speaking using a mild shampoo followed by conditioning is part of my advice.. avoid blow drying, ironing etc
