Hairfall by using minoxidil 5 on beard

Hello dr . I have seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp and I am using minoxidil 5 for my beard . I experience alot of hairfall even after my treatment of seborrheic dermatitis is ongoing . Do I have to worry? Will me hair regrow when I stop usage of minoxidil?
