I’ve had a lot of hair fall for 3 years but in the past 2–3 months, I’ve also noticed hair thinning. My ferritin is 17.9ng/mL, Vitamin B12 - 267 pg/ml, vitamin D serum - 36.6 ng/ml and thyroidtsh is 3.48. Are these levels okay for hair regrowth?
Should I take iron or B12 supplements? If yes, which ones and for how long?
