Hair fall/loss and acne are common problems. They may be due to ageing, heredity, hormonal influence, defective life style and unbalanced diet etc. Sometimes there may be hair fall in large quantities due to certain conditions like thyroid diseases, tinea capitis, or due to chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Exposure to chemicals, excessive shampooing and blow drying also trigger the hair loss. Especially in women hair fall is effectively managed by homoeopaths. Homoeopaths generally manage such cases by considering case history, constitution, modality, generalities etc.(known as constitutional remedy). Usually homoeopathic doctors prescribe drugs like Sepia, Acidum fluoricum, Acidum phosphoricum, Graphites, Natrum muriaticum, Phosphorus, Pulsatilla, Thuja, Apis, Selinium, etc.

Scars can involve textural change in the superficial and deep dermis, and can also be associated with erythema, and less often pigmentary change. In general, treatment of acne scarring is a multistep procedure. First, examination of is necessary to classify the subtypes of scarring that are present. Then, the patient´s primary concerns are elicited, and the patient is offered a menu of procedures that may address the various components of the scarring process...it can be removed by using chemical and mechanical peeling and also by laser treatment...do not wash your hair too roughly, do not use many shampoos, you should not wash your hair with too hot water...try to have healthy diet at regular intervals, drink more water, manage stressful situations smoothly if possible avoid them, biotin supplements helps you...Consult nearest dermatologist they will do the needful.

I got to complete my skin OPD with Dr. S.D. Mehta (Considered amongst top 10 dermatologist in India) at GMSH,Sect. 16, Chandigarh and there I got to learn one fact, when you are young, you get acne which is normal and gradually these will disappear and wrinkles will appear on your skin. It's upto you which one you want to choose for no matter what you think, do or say you will end up getting one of them. But, Acne vulgaris ie. big pimples with pus and which pain a lot and comes in outbursts is a disorder and generally related to stomach disorders especially constipation.
Next Steps
both of these disorders can be managed by a good anti-psora medicine and I would advise you to go for a proper constitutional homoeopathic consultation.
