Dear Dr
I had Hair Transplation at DHI with FUE method, around 2 Minths ago. But as in today I do not see any results, would you kindly explain what are the phases and how long it takes to grow the Hair

Dear patient...
Initial hair fall after hair transplantation persists for 2-3 months due to telogen conversion...
But don't worry...regrowth occurs and best results will be seen by 6 -12 months post hair transplant.

As a hair transplant surgeon, doing regular hair transplant, with anu fue technique, 2 month is a time when actual shedding of transplant hairs do happen, which may continue upto 4 months. After shedding, proper long term hair growth will establish, which usually start after 2 months of surgery.

Two months is a good period of time and the transplanted follicles will start showing up. You have to check if the transplanted follicles are retained or they have fallen. More detail explanation can be provided by the team that has done the procedure as they have seen you personally. You can compare your pre and post procedure photoghraphs. Ask them about oral and topical medications and if PRP is needed.
