Hair Thinning
My hair is thinning very badly. My hair has thinned very much just in 3 months. I have reduced smoking and started eating more proteins. My doctor prescribed me finsateride, but I dont want to take it because of the side effects. Is there any other alternative medicine I can take ? What brand shampoo should I use, I have a lot of dandruff too

U should take finasteride as the side effects are very rare and reversible. There is no other alternative for male patterned baldness which you are having. Also, finasteride is FDA approved for this condition. do you think they will approve the drug if there are serious side effects. You can also try PRP for faster results. But the condition is progressive and treatment should be lifelong.
