Hair root thin
It has been noticed that the roots of frontal hair are very short and thin,like there is no root..but the root of other portion hair has long strong root...how to get rid of it???

I think what you are trying to describe is 'miniaturization of hair follicles'.
This is a classic sign of 'Androgenetic Alopecia (AGA)' or 'Male Pattern Baldness'. Miniaturization of hair follicles can be identified even before the baldness actually starts.
Miniaturization describes the progression of thinning hair. During miniaturization, hair follicles that were once producing healthy hair start generating thinner hair with fragile shafts and smaller roots.
