Hi, hope you are well. Hair loss indicates stress. So suggestion would be to meditate daily. Nutrition wise if you are having a low carb diet you can lose hair. Have good sources of carbs in your diet. Supplement with B complex sources like bananas, potatoes. Have good protein like eggs, chicken, seafood, pulses, nuts sprouts, paneer, curd etc nuts will supplement your diet with all the micro nutrients needed. Drink at least 2 liters water daily. Hope this helps.
