Hair loss on scalp
Hi, I lost 50% of hair suddenly in last 3 months. When I check my vitamins- D is 12ng/ml and B12 is 170 pg/ml. No one from my father side or mother side are having balding history. I lost most of the hair on top of scalp. Is that due to vitamin deficiency or male pattern balding ? I am planing to get marry in March 2020. Could you please advise ..

Losing hair only on top of your head points toward male pattern baldness. But such a great loss of hair along with vitamin deficiency also mean an associated telogen effluvium. you need to restore your vitamin levels along with proper therapy for both the diseases
Next Steps
visit a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment
Health Tips
an addition of growth stimulant therapy should be helpful if you are marrying in next 3 months
