You  have to start medications for local application and might also need a hair transplant to restore areas which are already bald. Start with diet rich in proteins. Take lot of fruits. Continue biotin. Get a consultation when you have the time for the medications and dosage. This is treatable, but sooner the better.
Next Steps
Consult with a Hair Transplant Surgeon/ Dermatologist. Online consultation with pictures is preferred right now. After the pandemic settles get a in person consult to decide on HT.

Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
