Hair loss from temple area after deliver

Asked for Female, 29 Years

3 months after my delivery I started having a patch t the temples. All my blood thyroid B12 sugar haemoglobin iron reports are very good. Only D3 is low for that im taking medicine. Currently I'm under tab keraboost , cap adgain plus, cap eposoft all only twice a week and Minicheck topical solution twice a day. Pls advice wil all these medications woek to regrow loss of hair patch at the temples areas. Thank u.
