Since you had a fracture recently, accelerated hair loss may be related to it and is called as telogen effluvium. This should settle in few months and hair supplements may help. However if you have a family history of baldness, better see a Dermatologist for proper diagnosis. Premature graying of hair has limited treatment options but can be explored
