Hair greying
Hi doctor,
My hair is greying alot from few months. It looks very odd.. Please help me in this. Can I turn the grey hair to black. Is there any method.. How can I avoid further greying of my hair?

Hi
Premature greying of hair is usually genetic. However in some people it may due to thyroid dysfunction or Vit B12 deficiency. please get tests for the same and check if there is a problem.
please pay attention to your diet and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Meet a dermatologist who can prescribe oral vitamins and minerals as well as hair serums containing Melitaine tat could arrest further greying.
use non chemical hair colour to camouflage the greying for now till the medication become effective
