Hair falls
I have observed that my hair has been falling.whenever my run my hands through hair 4-5 hair will come out and hair density has also become very low and it's noticeable

From the symptoms you described it appears you to have androgenic alopecia which responds well to different treatments. You need to get Treatment that reduces the dht.

You are suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts receeding from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. It is usually accompanied by severe dandruff which we call seborrhoea. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is the best. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects of DHT on the hair roots. Although Hair fall can be a common and frustating problem, but when adequately treated it can be stopped and growth of new hairs can be possible.
In your case it seems the problem of hair fall has recently started and not much damage has been occured to hair/hair follicles.
