Hello....surgery is a stress that might have triggered telogen effluvium in you...other factors which can lead to accelerated hair loss need to be assessed. We need to look for any hormonal causes or any scalp infections/dandruff. Nutritional factors Ferritin, vitamin D and B12 also need to be assessed.
