Hair fall problem
When I do shampoo my hair fall very much
Why this happens? What is the reason? I am taking medicines also

Hairfall is not due to one single cause. There are many conditions which can cause extreme hair loss and thinning of hair on the scalp. So first and foremost we have to find the cause of hair fall with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes maybe nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia also called pattern baldness, hypothyroidism, telogeun effluvium etc. Unless we find and c,read the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Also one should refrain from home remedies as it does not give any relief from hairfall. It may not be just the shampoo causing hair fall, there might be an underlying cause for your hair fall which has to be ruled out.
Usually weaker hait roots about to fall might cause pain or it could be due to some infections.

Hello
Ideally u must shampoo 2-3 times a week.
Use an antidandruff shampoo as ur havinv dandruff.
Causes mainly include stress, hormonal changes, environment, smoking , dandruff.

pain is scalp could be due to seborrheic Dermatitis.
