Hair fall problem
I am suffering from severe hair fall after corona. I got the infection in mid April and hairfall started in July.

Thankfully, covid hair fall is not permanent. It is very much recoverable with good diet, exercise, proper sleep and reduced stress. So please have lots of veggies, fruits, salads, also protein.

Hair fall after covid infection is quite common and is known as telogen effluvium. But the good thing is that it is reversible. You can start multivitamins such as biotin supplementation. Though there are other contributing factors for hairfall, which need to be ruled out. You can consult online for the same.
