Hair loss upto 100/day is normal. Loss of around more than 100/day is abnormal. There are multiple causes. Telogen effluvium(temporary loss of hair after a stressful event like surgery, pregnancy, accident, COVID infection etc.,) Alopecia areata causing diffuse hair loss(mostly seen in patients having allergy) Anemia, Hormonal changes like thyroid and others cause hair loss. Diagnosis can be done by knowing the pattern of hair loss, associated symptoms and problems.
Next Steps
consult me online/any Dermatologist for proper prescription.
