Treatment of both hair fall as well as pimples needs long term management and includes prescription medicines under supervision of a Dermatologist. Treatment depends on cause of your hair fall or pimples, skin type, underlying hormonal imbalances if any. Only using shampoo as such won't prevent your hair fall, it's a myth that it can!
