Hair fall problem.

Hello, By past 5 months I am facing an extreme hair fall. I tried a lot of remedies to cure, but none of them worked. Facing a severe itching in scalp. No one in our family is having hairfall problem i.e. its not genetic. Each and evwry time I comb, I find 5-7 hair in my comb. Please Please suggest me a way of solving my issue.
