I am a gym goer. From last 5 months I have started taking whey protein supplements. My average intake of protein is 50-70 grams per day . Since I started taking it I m experiencing huge hair fall . I want to know whether it is due the protein i am taking or something else . Further what I can do regain my growth of hair back or normalise it .

Normally hair should re-grow but if it is not happening, you should consider seeing a dermatologist. Whey protein may or may not be responsible tnd to tell that exactly certain blood tests are needed.
