I am using SETWET hair gel from last 12 years and I don't use oil or serum , after that i regular use hair straightning cream to straight my hair regularly in 4-5 months....and daily while bathing i use shampoo and conditioner. But from past 1week I am noticing hair fall, when i go to bath nd apply shampoo i notice 5-6 hair strands on my hand so i am worried. PLZ HELP ME

2- Creatine
3- Glutamine
4- Fish oil
5- Multivitamins
6- bcaa
7- citrulline & L-arginine

5-6 strands of hair loss is completely normal throughout a day. Need not to worry more but hair straightening is not good for hair life. Kindly use products which are medicated and the matter of concern arises when you loose 50-100 strands a day.
