Hair fall due to helmet

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I'm experiencing hair fall for past 2 months, I have also got patches on my head. I'm sure it's coz of my dirty helmet. I've replaced it already. There's no hair growth on the patchy area on my head. I'm really concerned please help.
