The hair cycle normally consists of growing, resting and falling hairs and there is a delicate balance between these stages of hair cycle. You seem to be having folliculitis as well and that should be easy to treat. Once that is resolved, it may so happen hair fall will also reduce. For male pattern baldness on the frontal side, discuss the treatment options with your doctor.
