Hair fall and Whitening
My hairs are reducing from front side.We have genetic history of baldness from front.I am just 31 yrs.What to do to prevent hair fall. Also some hairs are whitening. Should I use oiling frequently. For whitening what to do.Does Mehandi or colour safe.

Premature graying of hair is not uncommon in general population in today's world. The cause could be multi-factorial and needs to be assessed. It could be genetic, environmental, constitutional or some nutritional deficiencies. While the treatment options are limited, an attempt to prevent further graying can definitely be made.
