Hair fall and thinning

I am experiencing hair fall and my hair volume became very thin...my hair line is receeding to the point i look bald. I have tried both normal medication and ayurvedic ..but none seems to work.i have consulted upto 3 doctors for the issue . Is there any solution for this ..to regrow my hair .
