Hair fall and Acne
I am loose my hair and my scalp has less hair. I wash my hair thrice a week. Frequent acne sometimes oil face and sometimes dry. Acne scarring, i think imbalance of oil on my face.
I want to know is it diet related or lifestyle. Also, want to know exact cause of acne and hair fall.
My parents never had acne problem. I live in Dubai and also stayed in baroda, both problems persist at both place.
