I have delivered a baby around 3.5 months back. My hair has been growing which is good but has been continuously falling.

Hi. This is very common and is commonly referred to as Acute Telogen Effluvium.  This usually resolves in 2 to 6 weeks,  may be a little longer upto 12 weeks in some.  Maintain a good,  healthy,  nutritious balanced diet and it will improve over time. If it's not getting better,  you could try certain peptide based lotions by discussing with a qualified dermatologist online or near you.  Warm regards,  Dr Govind.
