Hair fall after COVID
Post COVID I am experiencing a lot of hair fall ..more than 100 hair falls in a day. Please suggest if I can take any supplements other than vitamin c.

Post covid hairfall is very common, it happens because body is in a state of stress and shock during covid infection and hair doesn't get enough nutrition, also the hair is pushed into the falling phase It takes 3 to 6 months for hair to come back to normal usually not a problem Lots of proteins in breakfast lunch and dinner Proteins: kidney beans, legumes, dals, sprouts, paneer, if non veg then eggs, chicken Also chia seeds Flax seeds Getting an analysis of your vitamins by a doctor/dermatologist and then starting supplements is the best option If for 3 months you dont see any change then additional hair serums by a dermatologist  may help :)
