Hair fall, acne and darkspots

Hello madam. I have serious hairfall since 5 yrs. and consulted doctor recently she suggested keraboost for 45 days cholecalciferol and nurokind fast strips once a week, sestry shampoo.i have been using them since 20 days and included good diet. I have inherited healthy dense and thick hair but not the case now and dont have major health issues too
