Hair Colour Side-Effects

When I put colour on my hair, my scalp gets affected very badly. Whenever I used colour I got itchy scalp, redness and swelling in the scalp, dandruff, swelling around the eyes and eyelids, and scaly skin around eyes, nose and face. I have stopped using colouring to my hairs. Now, Heena is the only option that can I use for my grey hair. Please give me some suggestion or solution.
