Should i tansfuse blood if i have a haemoglobin level of 7.9 and im suffering from difficulty swallowing food nd have tb problem

A detailed history to be taken and further investigation to be done before a conclusion can be made. No need for urgent transfusion at least. Get a complete hemogram /ferritin/ crp/stool for obt x 2 samples / hb electrophiresis done at least and consult with a gp/internal medicine specialist
