Haemoglobin is 9.6 in 5th month of preg

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hb is 9.6 in 5th month of pregnancy. Yet to start iron tablets. Now dr suggested orofer-fcm injections once in a week. Is it mandatory to take injection, please suggest alternatives.
