Haemoglobin is 8.7
My wife often get dizziness and fatigue when checked her CBC the haemoglobin is 8.7 which is low and bothers me a lot. Hence kindly suggest how to improve her haemoglobin. Her BP is 115/85 Heart rate 94 sugar level is 97... Kindly suggest

Needs iron supplements..you can get iron injections from nearby hospital/clinic and oral iron tablet. Take more green leafy vegetables and fruits and stay hydrated..And Take juices for strength and blood pressure maintenance.
