I just had teeth extraction and implication today. I even had the surgery of it. and it has been more than 30 minutes. So should I remove the cotton from the mouth and also what should I eat for the first time.

Throw the cotton after an hour. Only cold and soft things for 24hours. No spitting, rinsing or gargling for a day
