Brown discharge with back pain is not normal. Your pregnancy needs progesterone support. Consultation required for better understanding and treatment

Difficult question to answer.  Actually "brown discharge" is an ambiguous term which is difficult to interpret. Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area for further evaluation.  You may be put on long term treatment due to a threatened Abortion. Since it is a long term treatment it is better if it is started under the supervision of a local Gynaecologist in your area.
